    I made an order a week ago, got an email confirming that my payment was received and now nothing. When I log in and click the link to check my recent orders it keeps giving me an error message.

    It has been 20 days since I placed my order, which I did before the holidays for a reason since I ordered a custom blend. I sent an email and have used this comment box a couple days ago. Just wanting to know if I'll get my order before Christmas or if if will ship anytime soon.

    Hello. I’m excited to be a new customer of sage goddess as I have heard nothing but positive things. I would like to check the status of my order that was placed on April 25th and today is May 15th. It currently still says processing. The only information I’ve seen is being behind 2 weeks but this is going to be hitting the month mark soon. Thank you for your time.

    I would appreciate if you could tell me what is going on with my order.  You said normal shipping is 3-5 days and possible another 7-10 days.  It has been over 3 weeks since I sent my order.  The order does not contain any customs or anything out of the ordinary.  Please give me an update.  Thank You

    I hope everyone is staying safe and I hope everyone is healthy who is working for SageGoddess. I have purchased items from your store before and they are 99% of the time better than expected. My package is taking longer to ship this time but I trust that it is being sent with magic and nice surprises. The last package I ordered came with a sample, and description cards and a sage leaf for every individual stone. I have been using the roll on Angelefos perfume a couple of times a day. I can't get over the fragrance. I had also purchased a sphere: the rose quartz, Carnelian and peach aventurine one. I am looking forward to receiving my next package and continuing to be a customer. Thank you, Kevin, Athena and the rest of SageGoddess for making available items I can't get by myself and for your support.

    So reading this article and the comments; It's not just COVID-!9 that has caused issues with shipping being delayed. I don't understand why you order something that Athena says to order now so you can have by the next full moon ritual; and the order is still in the processing stage 2 weeks later; and on the New Moon day, I do not have my ritual package.

    COVID or not; makes me rethink joining classes and ordering items.

    I can't begin to say just how frustrated I am with" magical love and light" sage goddess CRew and their excuse of COVID being a reason as to the 17 days my Order haas been Processing! I could have made the 14 (tops) hour drive to their door and picked up my order and back 6 times while it just sits there doing nothing!3-5 days for orders without special items, not sure if setting them on the one and only charging Plate is considered"special" but if that's the next excuse, I'd rather have been asked if I'd like to skip that, keep the extra few bucks to go to pay someone TO Reply to my attempt cancelling my order. my mind is absolutely blown, when I can receive my order from the U.K. during this Covid Pandemic in 14 days But still be waiting for my order to PROCESS, (even though they've been paid) from California to oregon in the U.S.... and be told it can quite possibly take an entire MONTH after the process to get to me? I send an email on Sun. where they say response in1-2 days... its Wed and still nothing! I have wanted to shop here for2 years and FINALLY had a couple hundred dollars to spend without feeling guilty as1/2 of my order was for my daughters graduation gifts... which by the way has come and gone~ and still I wait. Had I read all the comments going back a year or more, I would have KNOWN that COVID is not the reason for such poor business ways. I have no idea if my order has cancelled or if I'm even able to as all orders are final Unless anything is damaged but then I would still only get store credit and have to wait ANOTHER 2 months?!? It would be SUPER nice if the number given at the contact us page was a real person and not a recording making me feel like I'm being given another giant F.U. from Sage Goddess! so in short(or long, however who reads this see's it)... Thank you Sage Goddess for the absolute disappointment you've left your Customer/ customers.
