All sales are final. Since we offer one of a kind items, if your product is damaged, we will strive to replace your item with a similar item. However, if no acceptable exchange is available, we will be glad to issue you a store gift card or refund upon request.
Once you notify us that you have received a damaged item, along with a photo, a return shipping label will be emailed to you at your request. As soon as we've received your item(s), you will receive a confirmation via email regarding your options.
