If your order was shipped incomplete please first check that the item(s) in question are not on backorder (you would have received a card in your order that explains what items were not included). Although we make every attempt to fulfill your entire order, the nature of our business may require us to backorder an item (see backorders for more information).
If you still believe you are missing an item, please create a support ticket. Please provide your order number and a description of the missing item. Our customer service team will make sure you receive your missing item as soon as possible.
