Subscriptions will be placed on hold if your renewal payment fails.
You can reactivate your subscription directly from our website under MY ACCOUNT. Navigate to the SUBSCRIPTION tab and click VIEW the subscription. You will then see and option to PAY for your subscription. Once the payment is processed, your account will go back to active as it was before.

I started my Soul Shift membership in July along with my monthly tools subscription, I haven’t received any of the monthly tool subscriptions I did receive a message that my September Crystal Masters tools just shipped can you check this for me? I I know you guys are working hard to try and keep up and I really appreciate all you are doing! Thank You! If you received a message to cancel my memberships, please do not at this point I’ll cancel through the website if I just can’t manage it- I just quit a really horrible job with Verizon Customer Service
