There can be multiple reasons as to why your card was declined. Perhaps you recently moved and forgot to update your billing address - if that's the case, please click here to learn how to resolve the issue. It could also be due to insufficient funds or you're trying to use a new card which hasn't been activated yet, in which case you need to contact your bank directly. Lastly, it could also be due to a technical error and instead you may try to place your order again.
