How long does it take to ship my order?

We’re so grateful you chose to shop with Sage Goddess! 💜 Every order is hand-picked and packed with love by our small team, and we truly appreciate your patience as we work through a high volume of orders.

Right now, we’re about 1 month behind on shipping as we complete our move and continue unpacking inventory. That means some orders may ship within a few weeks, while others may take longer depending on product availability. If an item is not yet accessible or unpacked, it will be placed on backorder or refunded if it cannot be fulfilled.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. If you're logged into your Sage Goddess account at checkout, you can also find tracking info there. Please note: it may take 1–3 business days for tracking to update once your package is scanned by the carrier.

We know you must be really excited to receive your treasures. We generally ship your order in 7-10 business days but some orders may take up to 21 business days to ship - you can read more about our processing times here.

How long it takes for your magical package to be delivered depends on several factors such as distance, weather conditions, the carrier, etc. Most domestic orders are delivered within 5-10 business days and sometimes even sooner. International orders may take up to 30 days for delivery.

We will send you an email with tracking information once your order ships. You can also find the tracking number from within your account if you were logged into your Sage Goddess account during checkout. Click here to learn how to find orders in your account.
