We can only change the shipping address for your order while the order is still being processed and we haven't shipped it yet. If your order hasn't shipped then you can submit a support ticket here to request a shipping address change.
If your order is already shipped then you will have to contact the carrier directly. If your order shipped via USPS then you can click here to request a package intercept.
