Please follow the steps below if your card was declined due to failed zip code validation:
- Log into your Sage Goddess account
- Go to ADDRESSES under MY ACCOUNT
- Click EDIT next to BILLING ADDRESS
- Enter your new billing address and click SAVE
- Go to PAYMENT METHODS
- Removed existing card(s)
- Re-add your card(s)
